Hong Kong Science & Technology Park Sensor Development Support “Soft” Infrastructure Prototype Pilot Production • Provide full turn-key test solution and product engineering services • An IC probe & test development centre with major test equipments and experienced engineering team supporting different devices, including Digital, SoC, RF, Image Sensor, Memory, Mixed Signal and High Voltage devices. • Support wafer sort and chip package final test and pilot run production services. Hong Kong Science & Technology Park Reliability Test & Failure Analysis for Senor Devices Reliability Test Failure Analysis • Reliability life test/environment test applications • Experienced engineers provide reliability tests, reports and product qualification services for our customers. • Services range from Temperature-electrical characterization, driver board/burn-in board design dynamic static burn-in test to temp cycle, HAST, ESD and latch-up tests. • Failure Analysis • Sophisticated equipment with engineering support and consultancy services for electrical, chemical, material, surface and micro-analysis, and design debug of new products. • Analysis services are available starting from designs, silicon prototypes to ready product including silicon wafers, silicon dies and package device.
