To be eligible for Christmas for Kids’ assistance, applicants must complete 4 hours of approved sessions. • The LCMS Open House on Aug. 5, 2014, has been approved for 1 hour of Christmas For Kids credit.  • PTSO meetings, Conferences, ILP Trainings, Wellness Night, etc. are also EACH approved for one hour credit.

TENTATIVE Award Ceremonies • 2014-2015 Quarterly Awards Assemblies (ALL family members invited) • November 20 at 1:16 PM in LCMS gym • Feb. 5 at 1:16 PM in LCMS gym • April 22 at 1:16 PM in LCMS gym • May 15 at 9 AM for seventh graders and 10 AM for eighth graders with 8th grade graduation – ALL in LCMS gym

  14. 2013-14 Quarterly Reward Parties • Quarterly PTSO-Sponsored Goal Parties: 6th, 7th, &/or 8th periods • STUDENT MUST CHECK LIST AND LET US KNOW IF ERRORS • 6th period: 98% or higher attendance for the quarter (12:23-1:12) • 7th period: No grades below C on the quarter’s report card (1:16-2:01) • 8th period: No discipline referrals entered into IC for the quarter (2:05-2:50) • Quarter 1: Friday, November 8 • Quarter 2: Friday, Jan. 31 • Quarter 3: Friday, April 11 • Quarter 4: Will be held on Monday, May 12 at different times

  15. 2013-14 Goal Parties • Monday, May 12: PTSO Sponsored Party for multiple student accomplishments • STUDENT MUST CHECK LIST AND LET US KNOW IF ERRORS • 1st period: 98% or higher attendance for the 4th quarter • 2nd period: No grades below C on the 4th quarter’s report • 3rd period: No discipline referrals entered into IC for the 4th quarter • 4th period: YEAR-LONG Goals, HW, and data completed in STUDENT AGENDA • 5th and 6th periods: OUTSTANDING effort on the K-PREP and EXPLORE tests • 7th and 8th periods: Student had at least one PARENT REVIEW the ILP
