Principal problème de la chaîne de l’ID (pour mémoire) • FRAUDE A L’IDENTITE Utilisation illégitime de l’identité d’une personne ou utilisation d’une fausse identité (fictive). • DOMAINE PUBLIC - PRIVE Il doit exister un lien fiable entre une personne et son identité. • DIMENSION EUROPEENNE Libre circulation des personnes au sein de l’UE.
