  1. Why EMDR Remote Works Even If You’re Not Tech Savvy? EMDR Remote was designed specifically so that the therapist and their client can focus on therapy and not have to worry about technology. COVID has forced a lot of us to step out of our comfort zone and use technology for things we have never been motivated to learn in the past. You don’t have to be computer savvy to utilize EMDR with a client who isn’t in your office with you. When I use EMDRremote.com with clients, I call them on the phone and tell them what to type in the search bar and within 2 minutes, we are connected online.

  2. We also made a video tutorial which will show you, step-by-step how to log in AND a video tutorial for your clients to watch in case you don’t want to have to call them to walk them through.

  3. Once you connect with your client, all you have to do is press a stop/start button whenever you want the lightbar to start and all your client has to do is sit back and watch the lightbar, just like they do at your office.
