Joint-Stock Company "HORIZON-BELINVEST-DEVELOPER" - the developer company working on the Belarusian market of real estate since 2010.According to the Decree of the President of the Republic of Belarus from 10/27/2010 № 551 the main goal of Joint-Stock Company "HORIZON-BELINVEST-DEVELOPER" is developing and realization of the investment project concerning creation of the multifunctional center in Minsk, at Kuibyshev st. – Masherova av. – Krasnaya st. – Kiselyov st.Shareholders of the company:Open Society «Managing holding company «HORIZON» • Open Society «Belinvestbank»

According to the Decree of the President of the Republic of Belarus the given territory is supposed to become the place of creation of multifunctional building with primary placing of objects of international, national, regional value, which will be provided with high-intensity of the process of building. Location of territory

  4. Structure of the project Dominating functional components: • Office objects; • Hotel complex. Attendant functional components:Small trade areas, objects of services, public catering, placed on the first few floors of office objects and in a hotel complex;The public zone, placed in the central part of the investment on crossing of the basic pedestrian communication ways of the Project.Total area of planned building – 137 435 sq. m, including parking area – 37 286 sq. m, a hotel complex with conference areas and full additional infrastructure – 14 260 sq. m
