2. What are templates? • Templates are nifty tools when you have to design just about anything, from postcards to brochures to posters. For this instruction, we’ll learn how to use templates for business cards.

3. Open Microsoft Office Word.

4. Go to the upper left-hand corner and click on the Office Button. • Click on New. This will take you to the list of available templates. • Go down to “Business Cards” and click on it.

5. From the available designs pick one and click “Download”. • Now that you have the template, fill in the necessary information for your business card. • Using the Avery Template you can edit your business cards. as if you were working on a Word Document.

6. You can also add pictures and text designs/styles so be creative.

7. When you are done with editing, SAVE your document in case you need more. Finally, press Print to get your business cards. ~The End ~Fin ~Die Ende
