  2. 何谓“见习” • 見 <动>会意。甲骨文字形,上面是“目”,下面是“人”。在人的头上加只眼睛,就是为了突出眼睛的作用。本义:看见,看到 • Probation A process or period in which a person‘s fitness, as for membership in a working or social group, is tested. 检验期；检验某人是否适于做某事或加入某工作或社会团体的过程或时期。 • educational probation 教育见习

  3. 见习：主要通过观察进行的一种学习 • 这一“学习”——“5W2H”？何人、何故、何事、何时、何地、何去，几何 Who? Why? What? Where? When? How? How much?

  4. 我的建议 • 见习最主要的目的是：自我定位 • 时时、处处皆学习之际，沉浸到小学校园和教室生活里去，带着自己最真实的心去体验。 • 观察：校园、教室、教师（教学、交往——同事之间；教师与管理者之间；师生之间；与家长之间）、学生（学习、生活与交往——师生之间、同伴之间） • 思考：我？ＷＨＹ？ • 具体如何观察和记录自己的“观”与“感”参见复印材料。
