  7. Cáncer de Orofaringe • TNM • T1: Tumor de 2 cm o menos en su diámetro mayor • T2: Más de 2 cm y menor a 4 cm • T3: Más de 4 cm o extensión a la cara lingual de la epiglotis. • T4a: Enfermedad local moderadamente avanzada • Invade: laringe, músculos extrinsecos de la lengua, músculo pterigoideo medial, paladar duro o mandíbula • T4b: Enfermedad local muy avanzada: • Invade músculo pterioideo lateral, apófisis pterigoides, nasofaringe lateral, base de cráneo o envuelve la carótida.
