  2. Gothic • Gothic picture goes here Romanesque • Typical Romanesque buildings have tall rounded arches. This building is an example of Roman arches. • A typical trait of Gothic buildings is pointed sharp arches. This building is a clear example of that.

  3. Gothic • Gothic picture goes here Romanesque • This building does not have buttresses so it is not considered to be Gothic, making it Romanesque. • This building is tall and makes a statement, because of the buttresses on the out of this building it is considered to be Gothic.

Small windows in Romanesque churches made them dark and dreary. • The stained glass windows in this church prove that it is an example of Gothic Architecture because in Medieval times many people were illiterate
