WHAT DID WE DO? • Developed a foundation to provide a Best-In-Class training program to ensure team members are trained in a consistent and effective methodology for process improvement • 1-day training session held on the first day of the project with ALL participants training together • Great foundation for “learning to see”

  7. WHAT DID WE DO? • Organized a dedicated team from all impacted areas to work on projects • HIKE: 1-4 week events with 8-12 full-time participants • ACE: 1 week event with 5-8 full-time participants
