Copy the sentences. Underline all of the nouns in each sentence.

  • One day a countryman looked into the nest of his goose; there the man found an egg, yellow and glittering.
  • He picked the egg up; it was as heavy as lead.
  • The countryman took the egg home and he found, to his delight, that it was an egg of pure gold.
  • Every morning, the man found another gold egg.
