  3. Fundraising • Goal: To raise $15,000 until Sept. 1 • Resources: Members and supporters of the Filipino Community in and around Greater Atlanta • 100% of the funds raised will be used to help pay for Dr. Noel Chua’s defense legal fees.

  6. Donation Amount • Pay to the order of: PACG (tbc) • GPA suggest a minimum donation of $10.00 (Ten dollars) per family member. • There is no limit to the amount of donation.

  9. Filipino Business Partners • Effective ___date______ Filipino Business Partners will donate a percentage of their sales to Dr. Noel Chua Defense Fund until Sept. 1, 2007. • Mabuhay Store (10% for every $50 gross sales.) • Manila Mart? • Yakiniku?

  10. Fundraising Ideas • Anyone can donate by mailing a check to authorized Fundraising Committee Members (see sample check as guide) • Anyone can host a small-medium scale fundraising party/picnic/sport, etc. (see Host fundraising guideline)

Host Fundraising Guideline • Contact: tonidaya@tonidaya.com • Press Materials can be downloaded by visiting www.accessphilippineatlanta.com • A GPA Fundraising Committee Member is requested to be present at the event to support the campaign and to answer any question that potential donors might have.

  12. Note to Donors • Donation of any amount must be issued an official receipt. • A regular financial report will be available online. • Names of Donors will be published online (www.accessphilippineatlanta.com) • Donors have the option to remain anonymous (see guideline).
