  5. PLAN – Pricing Strategies • We would construct our shop that is “street stall” - If we have chosen to do street stall , we would make interestedness to convince our group of customer. We would observe that what people thinking about using sunglasses and what they want to wear like brand name or just for fashion . Then when we open our shop, at first we will set low price because we have to gain market share .these are penetration price

  6. 2) Competitor pricing is the second step - When we could sold any of goods, we would set up price again. It would a little bit increase boy not to much .we have to in crease the price because of marching with our nearest competitor 3) Psychological Pricing - It was a price that we were decreasing, just 1 Bath or 2 like the selling price is 100 we would show that it was 99 bath then it would attract our customer

  7. 4) Loss Leader - when we already known that what group of age are interest in our good then we will use this way to increase our profit. It was a price that will attract the customer. Actually, this way is the way to attract a group of regular customer 5) Cost plus Pricing - adding unit cost of product. That is a percentage to mark up any profit. For example, at first our selling price is 50 bath but we tell customer like it was 120bath then give them a discount. It could be 20% or 25%.It we gave the 20% discount the price would be 29 bath and we still get profit

  8. 6) Discrimination Pricing - when we already had our regular customer then we would do to much caring of them like we have to give them a discount or free tax and it could be free shipping as much as possible, if you still getting profit .you can give them for free good like buy one get one but make sure that your profit will not decrease. then the customer that was not our regular they would pay in a price that we decided. this way is the way to maintain our regular customer who usually buy our goods

  9. 7) Destroyer Pricing - that means we will destroy another shop like make them drive out from the market. we have to do this way because if the market have 2 or 3 shop of sunglasses be many choices and they would also drive us out 8) Price skimming - When we are only sunglasses shop this market , we would have a chance to increase our circulation and profit. the cause is they have no choices to choose another shop that including the tourist For example, if our shop was in outlet or a popular market when the tourism arrived they would observe about how many shop of sunglasses are there and compare and compare the price of goods

  10. BUSINESS PROPOSAL • Why we choose the business? - we decide to sell sunglasses because we can get more profit and many people interested in sunglasses in term of fashion and useful. Sunglasses could be an accessories of dressing so we will have more customer and get more money 2) How can we complete our business - we will focus on the fashion in social and contract with others to do some research find that what age of people that really interested in sunglasses. we also find new goods to attract our customer

  11. 3) why we have to had a shop in social net work and shop on the street? - we have to use these two places that are a necessary of selling we don't have to go to our shop everyday but we believe that meeting with people would make more profit we can peruse them anyway or some group untrust the shop in social network because it had too many shop that creating .when the customer bought goods they have to use credit card to pay it so it was easier to cheat money .However ,we have crate our shop in social network because it was also too many people believe that goods in social network is cheaper than goods in a shop. But that was not the main point. the point is now people really interest in social network and using it for all time so we could use this way to advertise it

  16. S.W.O.T S = Strength the strength of our business ,the kind of advantage STANILITY is the way to make the business strength. It depends on the revenue .We must have our goal on each month and reach the goal in every month . For example , in January we want to make the revenue about 20,000.Another way is we can decrease the outcome such as the overhead by make discount for those who purchasing from social network (i.e. Instargram) and we have to change the way to advertise our goods like we’ll post it online and making an advertisement on the internet.

  17. W = Weakness Most business would have their own weakness for sure but these are different reasons. Our Weakness is RELIABILITY because we own our business by ourselves so it has less reliability than others that have promotional activities with another company who support they business .However, we have no one to support our business so we have to make more advertisement and make our own promotional activities but it might be increase our payment and it will not be stable business. Actually ,we can fix it by we have to find other goods that can adapt to our goods .These are way to invite people and find a new group of customer .It may be older or younger than the first one

O= Opportunity The opportunity of our business is when customer like our goods then we have an opportunity to advertise our shop By the customer .He make review our shop broadcast the shop by social network .So, we have to make our regular customer first then make more advertisement .This is a chance of our business Another way to make a chance for the business is we have to communicate with another shop and support each other . Hower,the another one have to be able to sale the goods that could be adapt or join our goods like shirt , Nekless , ring , Earpin ,and lipstick

You have to observe that what people want to buy or what people looking for then try to offer then with you goods. when you sold your good, you have to follow all result or all of reviewing and comment what people think about your goods or what you have to do more and then if the revenue is decreasing, you have to observe about how many shops are there, compare there, compare them with your ,and observe new goods to sale, every business have to had their goal so you have to observe yourself also such as what you want to increase on your business, how much circulation do you want per year and then you should develop you business always

Why do we know that 5 places are the best seller? • Street stall (Near Pinklao) That place has too many School , Mall and Store including market , salon , barber , tutorial ,and restaurant. so , it means there are too many people also .the place was opposite with Central Pinklao and Lotus Express. There are many customer always, because in this area has too many stall somewhere sell only glasses. somewhere sell same thing but more expensive than others. somewhere sell both of them. Sound great but we would also have many competitor also. -Siam Paragon the place where people really interested in it such as group of teenager ,adult include foreign and tourism. the place where the customer flow because of popularity . Actually , people absolutely in the name of this place . Stuff in there are more expensive than others but the rent of it ,expensive

  28. - Premium outlet this is the place that people also interested because the cost of goods are cheaper than any shopping mall . However , people who interested to buy stuff in there is people who live others province like Udonthani , Pattaya and Kean . Actually , it could make the revenue as much as the shopping mall in Bangkok • Central Rama II Most people who lived in Bangkok know this shopping mall it’s kind of any shopping mall in Bangkok like Central Pinklao . Even , it has less customer than Siam paragon but the customer are there really flow because the place look like a small shopping mall . Others would think Central Rama II is not good enough but the revenue did not even decrease

  29. Outlet Hua-Hin This place seems like a big shopping mall. It has not too many foreign than at the beginning they got too much profit but now it was decrease because stuff is as same as another - Conclusion- we have to choose the place that has less rent , less competitor , people go flow . that’s why we have to find out the location to do our business . If I were an investor , I would choose the way street stall , because we could sell anything both of sunglasses or clothes

SUPPLIER actually , supplier is the main point to do the business ,if you would produce stuff by yourself .Supplier is the one who really affect to our business like if we buy stuff from a supplier about 20,000 per once our capital will decrease about 20,000-25,000 including the transportation . So , we have to find another supplier who give us less expensive price than the one . For example ,B supplier gave us 15,000 per once but if we buy for 2 ,They would give us 25,000 per 2 sets. However you have to think over it .Even through , you were businessman for a long time but you have to find out or observe another one to compare it first then if it exactly the same price now you can make a decision

Almost of set 2 are promotional activities that kind of a trick to sell or doing business - If we have to choose 1 supplier,we would choose the d ,because we are beginner and we can buy three sets of these .According to the graph above if we choose supplier,we could buy 3 sets but the price is less than other supplier like the graph shown that even through we buy 3 sets of these money we have to pay are always less than 40,000

Customer (Target) Male – we got 7 people of male interested in sunglasses Female – we got 13 female interested in our goods Percentage of male = 35% - 7/20 x 100 Percentage of female = 65% - 13/20 x 100 - Conclusion - People who interested in sunglasses is female . We got 30% of difference so we have to find out the location that has many female of most people in that area should be female or we have to build the shop near the shop of women accessories or the shop where selling underwear of ladies . So it could be the way to advertise our shop and invite people

  36. CONCLUSION Actually , the sunglasses is not the main point to get increase our profit the main point is we have to be middleman because middleman will get too much profit . The work of middleman is receive goods from the factory and sell it more expensive price so that the way we got any of profit .Business does not have to be sunglasses or any necessaries of human life .You can choose any way. If you are a middleman you would get more and more profit for sure because same factory the capital of goods is really low. these are advantage of middleman. in addition ,middleman could be logistic business ,Transportation ,and shopping .However, it also has disadvantage .When you have chosen to do the logistic , you have to contract with another because you have to receive goods from a factory. If the factory fallen down, you would be fallen also because they can't produce goods anymore then you have to contract another one that’s all like a new investment .Actually ,Logistic is the business and your business depends on them.
