Audience – professional, formal language, sound knowledgeable, relevant details only
Purpose – give both sides – realise bad news sells, people do care about crime, BUT balance – give E.g.s of positives and back up with evidence
Form- direct at reader, formal language, link to audience, opinions and examples

If your looking for a good day out with your family, then I recomend St Albans. This is a very nice city in Hertfordshire which has a big cathedral and very nice parks. If your looking for somewhere to do a bit of shopping then St Albans is also a good place to go as there are lots of shops and a populer market on most days of the week.
