Who is Hecate? • Hecate is an underworld, moon, necromancy, and crossroads goddess. • She is the mother of Scylla, a female sea monster. • She is the daughter of the Titans, Perses and Asteria • She is depicted as having three heads: a dog, a snake, and a horse • Hecate is normally known for her evil-doings and witchcraft

  3. What does Hecate Mean? • The meaning of the name “Hecate” is: Worker from afar • Hecate was known as The Roaring Goddess. • Hecate is also the Goddess of Fertility

  4. Hecate: Three Figured Queen of Witches She is often called “The Most Lovely One” or the “Hag of The Dead.
