  2. Repetitive Stress Injuries (RSI) • A syndrome that affects bones, muscles, tendons, nerves and other anatomical features. • It develops when a minute injury occurs repeatedly from over or misappropriate use of a body part.

  3. Preventing RSI • Release the keyboard and mouse at frequent intervals so that you can avoid pressure on the wrists

  4. Back Pain • can range from a dull, constant ache to a sudden, sharp pain. • Acute back pain comes on suddenly and usually lasts from a few days to a few weeks. • Back pain is called chronic if it lasts for more than three months.

  5. Preventing Back Pain • Maintain Good Posture • Use a well-designed chair that supports your back and can be adjusted in height and tilt • Do not sit in a rigid and stiff manner

  6. Eye Strain • If you have any eye discomfort caused by looking at something for a long time, you can call it eye strain.

  7. Preventing Eye Strain • Adjust your seat allow your eyes to be at a comfortable level with the screen • Take short breaks frequently rather than long infrequent ones • Ensure the source of your lighting is bright enough for you to work with your computer
