  • DON’T include
    • Off-shore graduands – people who studied at a campus outside Australia
    • Deceased graduands (this one is rare!)

  • GCA send out an “Order form” for hard-copy forms and ids
  • SM send orders to GCA
  • GCA create the artwork for the hard copy forms
  • GCA send proof work to SM for checking
  • SM approves forms
  • GCA sign off on art work
  • GCA send printed forms or pdf art work to SM
