AURA 2014: Celebrating Youth Through Education and Mythology at RN Podar's Interact Club

AURA is a vibrant social-centric event celebrating 14 years of excellence at RN Podar School's Interact Club. This festival merges Indian and Greek mythology to educate the youth while providing entertainment through various competitive events. Students from multiple schools in Mumbai will participate in team-based challenges that promote creativity, teamwork, and social awareness. With expected attendance of over 1,000 students, AURA serves as a platform for empowerment, learning, and social transformation, embodying the spirit of "When We See Need, We Take A Lead."

  2. With 14 glorious years of its inception, the institution takes pride for its impressive academic excellence.It is a front runner in the reforms process, a case study at IIM Ahmedabad and a pilot for policy initiatives of CBSE .

  3. Interact is a youth unit of Rotary International . It is Bringing social transformation, catalyzed by the zeal and the fervor of the youth. Here at RN Podar’s Interact Club, we believe “When We See Need , We Take A Lead.”

  4. The learning Aspects • AURA is a social centric event built around the integration of Indian and Greek Mythology, and aims to educate the youth on the same. • The fest strives to provide a good blend of entertainment and education paired with a number of social aspects.

  5. The Outlay • Students will be divided into teams representing the various Greek and Hindu gods. • The fest includes 3 Rounds of events and 2 faceoffs. • In each round, the players who win, shall earn points for their respective team. • In the face offs, the teams at the bottom challenge those at the top, and have a chance of climbing up the leaderboard.

  6. Target Audience • Minimum expected student turnout: 1,000 students from Interact clubs of various schools across Mumbai. • Students from classes : 9th ,10th, 11th & 12th. • Age groups : 14 to 18 years.
