  14. Documents • Generated data documenting a business process • Represents business process in SAP system • Contains all relevant information from master and process data • Examples: • Sales order • Purchasing order • Material document • Financial document

  15. Document Flow • The document flow and order status feature allows you to find the status of an order at any point in time. • The SAP updates the order status every time a change is made to any document created.
