  10. Needs/Capacity Assessment Survey • OTN and the Central West LHIN have developed a Telemedicine Survey utilizing the Survey Monkey platform. • A link to the survey will be provided to all participating Health Service Providers on Friday, November 1st, 2013. • The survey will close on Friday, November 15th, 2013. • OTN and the Central West LHIN will compile the data for presentation at the next meeting.

General OTN Updates • Telemedicine 101 at Georgian College • OTN is happy to be working in partnership with Georgian College to provide a Clinical Telemedicine 101 course. • Designed to replace the OTN Clinical Telemedicine One Day Workshop. • Runs over six weeks, with three 90 minute OTN videoconference sessions, three hours of online class participation with three assignments. • Registration is through the Georgian College Continuing Education website.

  13. Next Steps • Reinforce the need for HSPs to complete the Needs/Capacity Assessment Survey Survey • Convene a separate Telemedicine Working Group • Present key findings and recommendations at the inaugural Telemedicine Working Group meeting
