You think that you have all the qualities and skills. Persuade the interviewer that you are the best candidate. Director: You need a good and experienced secretary. You are interviewing a fresh graduate who is interested in the job. You are not sure about his/her qualities and skills. Decide if he/she is the best candidate for the available position.
