  1. Altered Bottles What is “altered” art Altered art is defined by taking a found object and altering it in a creative manner.

  2. This is an altered wine bottle. You will take a discarded wine bottle And alter it too. You must have a theme for your bottle maybe a sports team, music, your friends, love, death, etc. Think OUTSIDE OF THE BOX! Materials: tissue paper, glue, magazine pictures, etc.

  4. Objectives/Goals • Students will learn/review what altered art is, in particular what an altered wine bottle is and how to create one using mixed media. • You will receive a grade based on 25% time management, 50% creativity, 25% did you follow the directions?. Your bottle will count 3 times.
