  2. 2011-2012OTAG Program • FAFSA Receipt Deadline for Best Consideration: March 15, 2011 • EFC cutoff: 1700 • Non Resident FT Active Military students, spouses and dependents now eligible for OTAG

  3. New for 2011-2012 • Elimination of Federal Funds: Institutions no longer required to advise recipients regarding Federal Funds for OTAG awards • FT Active duty Non Resident Military students, spouses and dependents now eligible for OTAG awards even if they have listed a state other than OK as state of legal residence

  4. New for 2011-2012 • Pre-populated Award Claim Forms will be set to FT for Enrollment status • Text Files/Flat Files/FTP files will be available on the O-SAFE server only. • Lay-out for FTP files has been changed to include 1 additional space for flagging non-resident military students

  5. 2011-2012OTAG Program • 2011-2012 award schedule: FALL 2011 • Deadline for submitting Initial Fall Award Claim Form: October 3, 2011 • Deadlines for submitting final Fall Award Claim Form: November 14, 2011 • Institutional Notification for Pending Return of Funds to OTAG: December 5, 2011 • Deadline for OSRHE to notify institutions of any changes for Spring 2012 awarding criterion: December 12, 2011

  6. 2011-2012OTAG Program • 2011-2012 award schedule: SPRING 2012 • Deadline for submitting Initial Spring Award Claim Form: March 5, 2012 • Deadlines for submitting final Spring Award Claim Form: April 9, 2012 • Institutional Notification of Pending Return of Funds to OTAG: April 20, 2012 • Deadline for OSRHE to notify institutions of any Summer OTAG awards: May 1, 2012
