The more votes, the more money for our school. Sign up for Fuel Up to Play 60 for PE and stay healthy!! ELA: The students will work on phoneme identity, phoneme isolation and phoneme categorization. The students will work on the strategy of recognizing text structure and the skill of making predictions. The students will continue working with rhyming words. Sight Words: I, am, can, we, the Readers Workshop: Naming Parts Writers Workshop: Details MATH: This unit focuses onnumbers to 10 and the count sequence to 20. Students will use manipulatives as tools for math. They will represent a number of objects with a written numeral. Students will use one-to-one correspondence as they count objects. They will make comparisons of different sets of objects by using greater than, less than, and equal to. We will focus on the number and number word: three SOCIAL LIVING: We will discuss families. We will continue working on school procedures and rules. We will focus on things that are green and learn the color word. September 17th : Grandparents Day Bingo 9:00-10:00 September 19th PTA Meeting: 6:00
