  • All patients dialysed in the Renal Unit - PD & HD
  • Start collecting data at FIRST dialysis session
  • Include patients only having 1 or 2 sessions

Chronic Kidney Disease

  • All patients with GFR > 30
  • Low Clearance patients
  • Conservative Care patients
  • Pre RRT Patients

New EDTA Primary Renal disease codes

  • From 1st January 2014
  • Use new EDTA codes for diagnosis coding for all new patients
  • New field for new code - ERFAJ
  • New codes – 272 – more detailed - more specific
  • New codes map to SNOMED CT
  • List of new codes and mapping available on RR website

  • Comorbidity with dates of diagnosis – 1 block cumulative data
  • Haemodialysis block – data for every session
