2. NAVFAC Atlantic AOR: FY06 Not only has our footprint changed, but so has our focus. We continue to have a steady eye on the execution side of our business, under command and control. However, our focus is now directed to the horizontal management of our business through the Business Lines. We continue to partner with NAVFAC and NAVFAC PAC on initiatives that will drive consistency throughout the NAVFAC components at the Echelon IV level.
