  25. XE Experience: Responses • Overall Positive Comments: • “Love the layout of the dashboard!” • “It looked clean, easy-to-navigate and user-friendly” • “It looks good. I like the layout. It is easy to read and find what information I was looking for on the dashboard.”

  26. XE Experience: Responses • Constructive Responses: • Should the Tools button be empty? • Accessing the printable pay statements takes longer for payroll. • Payroll would like to keep the ability to print pay statements on 1-page • Enter Time and Request Time Off go to the same page

XE Experience: Lesson’s Learned • My timeline kept moving. • Test My Team for employees who have multiple positions and direct reports. • Discovered a defect on My Team for leave method by job. • Job Summary sorts transactions by Personnel Date instead of Effective Date • Print Friendly pay statement was a challenge for us. • Test logo on the timeout and logout pages. • Consider where Employee Profile links will be placed earlier in the process.

  28. XE Experience: Summary • Being an early adopter is a positive and beneficial experience • There are many configurations • Coordination with system support is needed to configure • Develop a good testing plan and strategy • Recommend a pilot phase • Overall it is a good experience
