GREAT akan mewujudkan sistem penyampaian perkhidmatan kerajaan yang disatukan melalui pendekatan No Wrong Door yang mana pelanggan dapat menikmati perkhidmatan tanpa perlu mengetahui agensi yang menyediakan sesuatu perkhidmatan itu. WAY FORWARD Projek RMK10 Bab 7 RMK10 Mentransformasikan Kerajaan Ke Arah Mentransformasikan Malaysia, Jadual 7-1 mukasurat 336 telah menggariskan mengenai MyGovXchange seperti berikut: Untuk memperbaiki kemudahan penggunaan, perkhidmatan ini menawarkan pembayaran menerusi kad kredit atau debit berserta pemakluman dan peringatan menerusi e-mel dan khidmat pesanan ringkas (SMS). Dipertingkat sebagai gerbang bersepadu untuk perniagaan, merangkumi pendaftaran, permohonan dan pengembangan lesen serta permohonan pinjaman dan geran daripada pelbagai agensi NEXT STEP - myGOV SWG SEO SSO
