  6. Response to Intervention Tier 2 - easyCBM • Progress monitoring • Rate of growth data • Non-responders considered for Tier 3 • Targeted Groups and intervention

  7. Response to Intervention Tier 3 - easyCBM • Progress monitoring essential • Evaluate the impact of interventions • Enhance the rate of student learning • Intensive individualized intervention • Diagnostic – processing assessment • Referral for Special Education

  8. easyCBM Versions easyCBM lite • Benchmark assessments • Full access to progress monitoring assessments • Reading & Math – Grades K-8 • System-level use • Team access • Computer Administration • Multi-Level Reporting • $3 per student per year – unlimited access • Limited Progress monitoring assessments • Reading & Math – Grades K-8 • Individual teacher use • Manual entry of student data • Individual Reporting • Trial District Version

  9. Research & Development • Universal design – access for as many students as possible • Adjustable font size • Audio for math • Hover features • Limited language requirements in math • Built to motivate students through the assessments! • Measure progress for the FULL year!

  14. easyCBM Implementation • So, what is the implementation process? • Riverside receives and processes easyCBM orders. • Kick-off meetings are scheduled with school district. • Purpose: • 1.) To introduce key Riverside and district staff members • 2.) To determine the specific needs of the district-i.e. training requirements, technical considerations, etc. • 3.) To familiarize the district with the easyCBM Implementation Process

  15. easyCBM Implementation easyCBM Training DI (Data Integration) Training: 1.) One-hour web session for IT staff 2.) Shows customers how to load their own data files 3.) URL and admin access provided to district easyCBM Basic Training: 1.) Provides in-depth overview of the easyCBMsite 2.) Two-hour web training 3.) Riverside trainer Professional Development: 1.) One-day, onsite training 2.) Focuses on district’s Response To Intervention programs 3.) Riverside Measurement Consultant

Users (Teachers) • 2.) Students • 3.) Teacher-Student associations

  19. easyCBM Implementation • It’s “easy” to Load Your Own Data! • Log into your easyCBM account and click on the Admin tab. • Find your user, student and teacher-student association .csv files. • Load each file in the exact order specified. • NOTE: Each file upload must be complete and accurate! • User data is available instantly. • Admin< System settings: • 1.) Set benchmark windows • 2.) Set student passwords for online testing • District administrators only have the ability to load student data and set benchmark testing windows.

  20. easyCBM Data Integration It’s “easy” to Load Your Own Data! Let me show you just how “easy”… http://demo.state.easycbm.com/
