El 41% restante se distribuye en 180 • Expansión dejó de monopolizar crecimiento, pero no debate académico (fetiche mancha de aceite) • La Compactación y la ciudad inmóvil son las nuevas tendencias (47% de viviendas) • Y requieren nuevas políticas públicas desprejuicidadas
