Integrative Processing Model Marketing & Recruiting students for new evening ESOL classes Upon being at CCC, I was supposed to begin recruiting students for the ESOL evening course, but the first week the Learning Center manager and current instructor of the day ESOL classes was out and she did not respond to my e-mails or voicemail messages. I met with her when the Program Director set a meeting and she was hesitant to inform me or provide the information that was requested. She did not post the job position for the evening instructor and did not want to include me in the process. I need this information to do my job and complete a task on my learning contract. What was I suppose to do to get the information I needed about the classes, community, and course offering? INFORMATION RESPOND PROVIDE ABILITY
