  2. Elephant Insurance (“Elephant”) was recently named as one of the 2012 Best Places to Work in Virginia. The annual list of "Best Places to Work" was created by Virginia Business and Best Companies Group. In fact, Elephant was the only car insurance company listed in the midsize employers’ category. Elephant specializes in selling auto insurance online. Elephant is pleased to be a representative of car insurance companies in this category. Elephant is an auto insurance company based in Glen Allen Virginia. From its Glen Allen headquarters.

  3. Elephants licensed agents offer auto insurance online as well as over the phone. Policies may be cheap depending the customers’ insurance needs and vehicle type and driving history. A company that provides auto insurance online is not often perceived as a “fun” place to work. Elephant, founded in 2009, is a direct to consumer car insurance company. This means that consumers can buy auto insurance online. Buying cheap car insurance online is a growing business in the US. Elephant encourages a climate of individual contribution, long-term commitment and profitable growth and believes people who like what they do, do it better.

  4. Organizations from across the state entered the two-part survey process to determine the Best Places to Work in Virginia. The first part consisted of evaluating each nominated company's workplace policies, practices, philosophy, systems and demographics.
