Galway on the west coast is lined up with many stunning places and a heap of the best things to do. More and more students are thus interested in studying at Galway. There is a wide range of student accommodation Galway, which has mushroomed in the last few years. What to do when in Galway ● The Aran Islands: This is a series of three ruggedly beautiful islands which is located off the coast of Galway Bay. Here you can find a wide number of ancient ruins. Connemara National Park: This is a place that is filled with gorgeous rolling hills and a dramatic mountainous backdrop. Here you can find shed loads of hiking trails that are not just for experienced hikers. The huge variety of wildlife ranges from common kestrels, woodcocks, merlin, hawks, and even peregrine falcons. Dunguaire Castle: It is located on the southeastern shores of Galway Bay. This castle was built in the 6th century by the O’Hynes clan. Eyre Square: Also known as John F. Kennedy Memorial Park, Eyre Square is very easy to reach if you have your student accommodation in the center of Galway. Salthill Promenade: While Ireland may not be the most obvious choice for enjoying the beach, you can have an amazing time at Salthill Promenade.
