  • TKM was written in the 1960s but is set inthe 1930s.
  • What do you know about each time period?
    • Create a circle map of your knowledge.

Now, look at the picture your group was given. What conclusions can you draw about the environment and time period of the picture?

    • Write your conclusion on a post-it and post it by the picture.
  • Switch groups and complete the same process.
  • Walk around the room, looking at the pictures and conclusions.
  • Add information to your circle maps.
