  2. To make most nouns plural, just add s • Hand hands • Rabbit rabbits • Key keys • Clock clocks • Football footballs • Door doors • Room rooms • Dog dogs • Light lights • Television televisions • Computer computers

  3. For nouns ending is s, x, z, ch or shadd -es PLURAL Box Boxes Pitch Pitches Wish Wishes Boss Bosses Buzz Buzzes Glass Glasses SINGULAR

  4. for nouns that end in o, add -es • Singular Noun Plural Noun • Potato potatoes • Tomato tomatoes • Hero heroes • Echo echoes • Bango banjoes • The plural of many words ending in o can be spelled with -s or –es.
