  4. HAL Recruitment 2021: Eligibility Criteria Candidates who apply for the post of engineers must possess the following desired qualification: a.Candidate should possess a Diploma or B.E./B. Tech Provisional Diploma or B.E./B. Tech Certificate from a recognized Board in India. (Candidate must be an Indian National) b.Candidates who have completed Three Years (3-Years) after obtaining a Diploma or B.E./B. Tech certificates are not eligible. (Calculated from the Date of Passing mentioned in the Provisional Diploma or B.E./B. Tech Certificate/ Diploma or B.E./B. Tech Certificate) c.Candidates who have undergone /undergoing / already registered for Apprenticeship Training under the Apprenticeship Act elsewhere are not eligible. d.Candidates with work experience of one or more years are not eligible. e.The marks obtained in Diploma or B.E./B. Tech all Semester must be mentioned clearly. f.The candidates from General/OBC (non-creamy layer) categories should get an average of a minimum of 65% marks g.The candidates from SC/ST/PWD categories should get an average of a minimum of 55% marks. h.For the final year students: Gen/OBC (non-creamy layer) category must have a minimum of 65% marks
