  2. Public Records must be……. • maintained in accordance with the schedule promulgated by the State • destroyed or otherwise disposed of in accordance with that same schedule

  3. DISPOSITIONOF PUBLIC RECORDS • Rule 1B-24.003(10) requires agencies (including universities) to document the following for each records disposition: • Schedule Number • Item Number • Record Series Title • Inclusive Dates • Volume in Cubic Feet
