  2. Reports Payments to NH Officers Ritual Ceremonies WRAP UP SPRING …

  3. Ensure all officer reports are submitted to the appropriate person or on the Officer Portal by the published deadline (Consult the SAI Fraternity Calendar for current deadlines) www.sai-national.org If ALL reports are not submitted ON TIME … - the chapter will NOT be eligible for awards (collegiate and alumnae) - the chapter may NOT have a new MIT class (collegiate) REPORTS

  4. The Chapter President and Treasurer must review the balance owed to National Headquarters. • (Check the updated statement in the Officer Portal) • ALL debt should be paid to NH prior to May 15. • Chapter debt is taken into • consideration for chapter awards • (collegiate and alumnae) PAYMENTS TO NH

  5. OFFICERS Ensure all your files are organized and prepared to turn over to the newly elected officer Ensure all your reports are completed and submitted on time. * don’t be the reason your chapter is ineligible for awards or to have a new MIT class! *

  6. RITUAL CEREMONIES Schedule/rehearse/perform: - Senior Commitment Ceremony (if applicable) - Officer Installation Ceremony - all awards ceremonies

  7. PLAN FOR FALL … Schedules Officers Ritual Ceremonies

  8. Looking ahead to fall, schedule: • - Meeting times • Rough draft of fall calendar • Pledging Ceremony • MIT training • Initiation Ceremony • Fundraisers (updated list of ideas in Officer Portal) SCHEDULES

  9. OFFICERS • Ensure your officers are prepared for fall: • All materials turned over to new officer • New officer properly trained by outgoing officer • Signatures at bank transferred to new officers

  10. RITUAL CEREMONIES • It’s never too early to prepare: • - President, VPR, & VPM start reviewing/learning/memorizing your parts for the Collegiate Initiation Ceremony (Collegiate chapter officers) • VPR, start reviewing/learning/memorizing the Formal Opening and Closing Ceremonies

  11. Your entire NEB wishes you well as you finish up the year. Best of luck to all of our collegiate members as they head into finals, to all of our graduating members who are transitioning into alumnae status and to all of our alumnae members/chapters as they welcome new members and continue to flourish as chapters.
