Dryer Vent Wizard Dryer Vent Wizard The Dryer Vent Cleaning Wizard Participates in Tough Mudder 2017 to help Propagate Awareness for the Children's Burn Foundation Since 2012, wizards all over the nation have joined with the Children's Burn Foundation, an agency that provides clinical and emotional services for children who are survivors of fires, in addition to informative presentations regarding fire prevention and safety The local Dryer Vent Cleaning Wizard teams up with franchisees all over the US who cooperate in a month-long fundraising crusade for the Children's Burn Foundation during October, National Fire Prevention Month. The contributions come directly from their corporate office and franchisees, who either pledge a dollar amount for each job they complete in October or contribute a specific amount. Last year, Dryer Vent Wizard was able to donate about $21,000, boosting their sum total donations made to the Children's Burn Foundation to $63,955. In order to meet their 2017 objective of generating $25,000, their corporate office performed some exclusive fundraising aside from their forthcoming October drive. On June 3rd, members of the corporate team participated in the Tough Mudder race to reinforce understanding for the Children's Burn Foundation. Tough Mudder is an endurance contest where subjects endeavor to race through a muddy 10-- 12 mile-long military-style obstacle course. This is the first year Dryer Vent Wizard has entered into in a Tough Mudder race, and they are enthusiastic that they will notice as much compassionate support for the Children's Burn Foundation in the course of this Tough Mudder drive as they have throughout their past five years of National Fire Prevention Month drives.
