Thus collectively balanced diet is a diet that has a regulated amount of food components essential for a body to survive healthily. A balanced diet contains all the important basic components and in the right proportion, such as protein, carbohydrates, vitamins, minerals, fibers, fats, calories, etc., which helps to improve and maintain the overall body health properly.
