  2. Effects of Pandemic on Schools Coronavirus has effected schools throughout the globe, schools were entirely shut down and relied on online mediums of teaching. Many schools in Dehradun implemented new ways of online teaching to prevent students form facing difficulties.

  3. Teaching post pandemic Teachers are on front line to face a new challenge of conducting classes when schools reopen. The following points should be implemented by the teachers when school reopen.

  4. Considering teachers' ideas during planning and policy making It ensures to consider all essential needs, especially the needs that include planning of school safety and developing teaching practices when school reopen.

  5. Schools should adapt measures to ensure safey and health conditions for students. Guidelines and all satndard rules should be followed. Ensuring safe environment for entire shcool

  6. Social and Psychological well being should be given importance School management should ensure that teachers and students should be given psychological assistence to prevent them from stress and anxiety.

  7. Assisting teachers to adapt new normal as they resume school

  8. Making sure that the number of teacher are sufficent and working in right conditions.

  9. Maintaining and increasing financial resources To ensure learning continuity, school authorities need to invest in teachers and education support staff.

  10. Monitoring situation and taking teachers' feedback Teachers should be asked to give reviews regarding the current situation and progress report.
