1. Communication and Leadership • If a project manager does not know how to communicate effectively, he or she would be unable to convey their message to their team. There are less chances of misunderstandings when people communicate effectively. For a project manager, having leadership skills is also important. Many ventures fail due to a lack of a strong leader. A good leader understands what choices must be taken, as well as what is best for the project.
