How Canadian Firms Work with IRAP on Eureka Project • IRAP and Cluster processes run in parallel • Connect and communicate with IRAP Advisor • After project receives Cluster label Canadian firm is invited to submit full IRAP proposal • Proposal is reviewed and approved by IRAP • Execute Project
