What does that include???? • Round trip transportation in motor coach • 2 nights at Homewood Suites, East Rutherford, NJ ( Rooms of 4) • 2 nights security in hotel from 11PM-5AM • 2 Buffet breakfasts at hotel • 2 dinners: Hard Rock Café / La Nonna in Little Italy • Taxes and Gratuities for Bus Drivers and Tour Guides • Chaperones and Nurse • Admission to the American Museum of Natural History • Admission to the Empire State building Observation Deck • Photo Scavenger Hunt at Central Park and Rockefeller Center • Ferry Ticket to Statue of Liberty and Ellis Island • 9/11 Museum and Memorial • Admission to Madam Tussaud’s Wax Museum • Backstage to Radio City Music Hall + Show • Tour Guides/escorts • Top of the Rock observation deck

What our Days look Like* • Day 1 –Saturday November 9th • Leave BHS @ 7AM • Day in NYC • LUNCH ON YOUR OWN • Museum • Park • Rockefeller Center • Times Square • Hard Rock Café • Empire State Building @ Night • At hotel by 11PM • Day 2 – Sunday November 10th • Leave Hotel by 7:30 Am • Day in NYC • Battery Park • Ferry to Liberty and Ellis Islands • LUNCH ON YOUR OWN • 9/11 Museum and Memorial • Dinner in Little Italy • Madame Tussaud’s Wax Museum • At Hotel by 11PM • Day 3 – November 11th • Check out by 7:30 AM • Day in NYC • LUNCH ON YOUR OWN • Radio City Music Hall • Backstage tour • 1PM show • Top of the Rock • Depart for Home 3:30 • DINNER ON YOUR WAY HOME • Return to BHS by 7:30 PM

What do we need from you tonight or in the near future? • Students should go to Mrs. Sibley for Voucher • Initial Deposit (100$) Due by May 15th to Mrs. Sibley • Those with Boscov’s Credit Cards can pay directly at Boscov’s at Neshaminy Mall • (Voucher must still be turned in to Mrs. Sibley) • Choose meals for Hard Rock Café and La NonnaRestaurants • *specific food allergies and requests must be written on voucher upon initial payment* • Hard Rock: La Nonna in Little Italy • All entrees include soft drink and A chocolate chip cookie All meals served include soft drink and chocolate cake • Hamburger / FRIES - Chicken Parmigiana • Cheeseburger / FRIES - Cheese Ravioli • Pulled Pork BBQ Sandwich / FRIES - Spaghetti and Meatballs • Spicy Mustard Grilled Chicken / FRIES • Cheesy Macaroni and Cheese • Classic Caesar Salad

Payment Schedule • Due on or before May 15th – Initial 100$ deposit to secure place on trip. • Due on or before September 4th – 200$ • Due on or before October 9th – 250$ • Due on or before November 1st – Balance / Total payment. *Cancellation fees and penalties will be charged for students who have secured a place on trip and cancel after first payment* Please see Mrs. Sibley for breakdown of cancellation fees.
