Realignment Research Update: Data Governance and Community Supervision Insights (Jan 2012)
This report outlines the findings of the Realignment Research Group as of January 24, 2012. It defines data governance processes and makes recommendations for a county-wide data infrastructure. The report includes an analysis of the Post Release Community Supervision (PRCS) client population, noting that 85% are assessed as high risk of reoffending. It discusses the effectiveness of pre-trial programming, including a 94% success rate, and explores recidivism trends alongside models for data-driven population estimation, emphasizing community safety and support.
