  6. Allows Candidate to determine qualifications for and interest in the position. • Can be changed as needed. More dynamic than job posting or classified ad.

  7. Uniform assessment process • DiscoverME is anonymous to your Top Performers • System “learns” what is unique about your Top Performers and creates an aggregated profile.

  8. Candidate receives notification of the match first. • If Candidate declines, feedback is provided to Client.

  9. If Client indicates interest in pursuing Candidate, email is automatically sent to Candidate with instructions for next steps in process. • If Client declines, regret notice is sent automatically to Candidate.
