The simplest way to describe our technology is a "directed-query engine." It has other powerful features in results qualification and classification, but it is this ability to query multiple search sites directly and simultaneously that allows Deep Web content to be retrieved.

  11. OSINT Collection Support to Federal Reserve (example) A new aspect of financial systems stability threat activity is the emergence of eastern European and Russian organized crime groups. The economic situation of many high tech labs in these regions has provided a rich pool of resources that are being exploited for many different types of criminal activity. Specific areas of concern are the reverse engineering of hardware, software, and access control devices and high-tech methods of disrupting information systems. Moscow Times (Sep 8, 2008) reported: "Many specialists became jobless over the last few years, and criminal groupings took advantage of this. A criminal group, which specialized in hacking bank networks, was arrested last year. Its ringleaders were ordinary criminals with several convictions, but computer specialists were on their payroll. The gang had worked out a special program for each electronic theft. In this way, they misappropriated several billion rubles and had targeted U.S. financial institutions.
