  1. e- MBO Training Module

  2. General Manager Section This section deals solely with your role as the General Manager of the unit. You are also an Appraisee to the Managing Director. Refer to the Appraisee Training to learn more. You are the First Appraiser of the Head of Departments of your unit. Refer to the Appraiser Training to learn more. The first few slides here explain the basics of eMBO before moving on to your specific role as a General Manager.

  4. To become a user of the e-MBO you have to first register yourself

  5. To register yourself please fill up the form Remember your employee code & the Password which you provide here. Press button to submit your details.

  6. To update Registered details click here

  7. Provide your Employee Code and Password to access the form for editing.

  10. General Manager Access This facility is for General Managers. It permits view of /and sifting of MBOs of all executives by Department/Grade

  11. Check this link for Training Module of e-MBOs for General Manager. The General Manager has to access the “General Manager login” section in the home page.

  12. Select the local GM ID from the dropdown Default password is “password” . It has to be changed as soon as the GM Logins. On Clicking the Login button the GM can access all the MBOs. However GM can only view not edit. As GM you can give comments during the Final MBO Review.  This facility will be provided to you when the Module is opened for activity in April 2005. Choose the Grade Choose the Department You can choose one or the two options of employee grade or departments to sift MBO viewing.

  13. Only the names of those appraisee will pop up in the left Panel whose name has been mapped under that respectiveGM. 2 Choose a name to see the MBO form

  14. If the Appraisee whose name has been chosen by the GM have not finalised his/ her Objectives , a message will come.

  15. 2 If the Appraisee has finalised his/ her Objectives The MBO form of the appraisee will be displayed.

  16. Scroll Down the page after viewing and press the Continue Button

  17. Please Note : Unit strategy is different for different locations After viewing The Unit Strategy Page press the Continue Button to proceed

  18. Comments added The GM will press the Continue button to view the KRAs. The GM views the comments made by Appraiser and the weightages given.

  20. On pressing the Continue button, GM moves to the KRA 2 section

  25. GM completes viewing KRA section by pressing on the Continue button.

For example if He/She logs in as GM Kolkata, then comments made by GM Vizag orGM Bangalore will not be visible. The GM will view the Appraisee and Appraiser’s Signature The GM will put his comments and Signature The Appraisal is satisfactory Anthony If GM does not want to make any comment , he/she can press the Close button. The GM Will Press The Submit button in case he/she makes a comment
