Some Points • risk • let’s try it for 2 years and see – risk is small • get forums synched to optimize agendas • who • establish a form of independence from eInfra providers • i.e. get user community representatives in the driving seat • natural approach: ask ESFRI communities and similar • will we get the right people – a challenge and risk • some have several roles (CSC, CERN, etc)

Some Points • what • cross-eInfra challenges – which are they? • helping on indicating, evaluating, motivating services • discussing relevant technologies? • cross-community interaction on services and help • forum as brokerage body, sharing knowledge • business models discussion • monolithic – layers? • etc. • but • linkup with existing forum initiatives • (RDA, ESFRI, e-IRG, etc.) • don’t hurt well running forums • don’t bring communities into a competitive game
