  2. HEAL THE LIFE… MY DREAM JOB IN 2022 It is the year 2022, a lot has changed in the world, the economy is not what it used to be and the most valued asset for mankind is life itself. Medicine and technology have fused together in order to provide the world with opportunities for a better life.

  3. Bio-tech companies have designed the working areas as open as possible, removing the barriers set by walls, and those which were mandatory being made out of see-through material. My department has been given a whole two story building as working space. We are part of a huge scientific compound set just outside the city, surrounded by green areas. The corporate offices : inside the city due to their need for fast communications. • Rest of the areas (research and production): outside in the metropolis • Schedules: flexible. • Researchers : not subdued to strict schedules. • Break times :promoted by the company policy in order to prevent factors such as stress to intervene with the mental process of the investigators.   5. Also, while protective gear and coats are mandatory, there is no such thing as a uniform, granting this way a feeling of individuality to each and every worker. I guess you could see it more as a friendly environment where you go work on what you like rather than a place where you work because you have to. Source: Google, Dr-House.jpg ….   6. As a “life rebuilder” as we call ourselves, we are obliged to work closely with the medical department. We have really managed to jump the bridge of prosthetics and moved on to regeneration technology. Our work no longer consists in creating a comfortable mechatronic for our customers but now we are giving them the opportunity to get their once lost limbs or organs back.
